  • Workshop attendance and registration


    Hybrid meeting: the workshop will be held in-person in Toulouse, France as well as online from 22-24 March, 2022.
     
    You can attend the meeting in-person or on-line.
     
    There are no fees for workshop registration. However, all in-person participants are required to finance their own travel and accommodation.
     
    Please note that, in order to stay within the conference room capacity, priority for in-person registration will be given to the presenting authors, members of TRISHNA science teams, and more generally to people actively contributing to the mission.

    The information entered into the registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for the Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES) in order to manage the logistic organization of the TRISHNA DAYS Workshop.

    Covid-19 Health Situation

    As of today, access to the Mercure Atria Compans Hotel, Toulouse, will be conditioned to a vaccination pass.  
    The pass must be presented at the entrance (TousAntiCovid Carnet, certified paper proof with QR code). TousAntiCovid Verif is used to check the conformity of a proof to the rules in force at a given moment and does not allow to read health information of the participant, nor to store data. More information on https://www.gouvernement.fr/info-coronavirus/pass-vaccinal

    Participants attending the TRISHNA DAYS Workshop 2022 in person will be required to obtain a vaccination pass in order to enter the conference venue. Click here for information about the pass for those traveling to France (please note that this page is in French, most browsers offer the option to translate webpages to other languages).
